Panopticon is a theatrical presentation that questions the state of journalism and who holds the power: Is it the journalist, the people or the system? It is a work in progress and research into the panopticon structure, according to Michel Foucault. In critical times, I become more critical about everything I see and consume. Especially the media, also called the fourth power. It monitors our Trias Politica, but who observes the media. The media holds great influence in our society. It shapes the discourse of our discussion and the public opinion.

It tells the story of a journalist caught in the crossfire between loyalty and career. Torn between representing their people and serving the system. Dilemma between biased and neutral reporting. Tied between love, community, activism and the system.
