_4 elevated residential blok

This residential block is not elevated as a deliberate architectural choice but rather due to its natural placement on a rock formation or part of a mountain. Its elevation creates a sense of security for the residents. Children can play freely, and parents do not have to worry as much about external dangers. Additionally, the elevation enhances privacy for the inhabitants.

The transition from a public street to a semi-private residential area fosters both social security and a sense of community. As one moves upward, the space becomes more exclusive to the residents. Within the complex, playgrounds and communal spaces are strategically placed between the buildings, further strengthening the sense of community and safety.

Because the block is elevated, it is naturally less accessible to passersby, as people tend to move downward rather than upward, reducing unintended foot traffic. Furthermore, the space between buildings and the raised platform, connected by bridges, not only improves sunlight exposure but also creates additional usable outdoor spaces for residents.
